The following positions are considered for the right candidates:
Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- • Reports to the Company President and Vice President and is responsible for overall project coordination, scheduling, budget control, public project representation and client interaction. Responsible for the management of Design Engineers and CAD Technicians as part of the project design oversight.
Experience Requirements:
- • We are seeking individuals who have received a B.S. and/or M.S. in Civil Engineering with at least five years of responsible design experience in the field of site engineering and land development. Shall be proficient in public project representation. Experience providing expert testimony a plus.
Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
- • Reports to Project Mangers and is responsible for all areas of site engineering design including road design, grading, storm water management design, erosion & sedimentation control design, and sanitary sewer design. Responsible for preparation of technical reports for submission to approving agencies.
Experience Requirements:
- • We are seeking individuals who have received a B.S. and/or M.S. in Civil Engineering or related field to fill the position of design engineer. This position will offer the opportunity for immediate responsibility in all facets of the site/civil engineering and project management process including zoning and land use evaluation, stormwater management and drainage design, roadway design, sanitary sewage system design and many other design aspects of land development and site engineering. Candidates must possess excellent technical skills including technical writing, and must have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
CAD Technician
Responsibilities:
- • Reports to the Project Manger and CAD Manager and is responsible for setting up plan sheets, generating plan and profiles of existing and proposed roads, creating surfaces and contours for proposed site grading design, drafting of existing and proposed utilities in both plan and profile, and general plan presentation.
Experience Requirements:
- • We are seeking individuals who have received a B.S. and/or Associates degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related experience to fill the position of CAD Technician. This position will offer the immediate opportunity for active and meaningful involvement on our project design teams. The qualified candidate will provide direct CAD support to our Project Designers and Project Managers and will be responsible for the generation and manipulation of all project design documents. Working knowledge of AutoCAD 2000 or better and Land Desktop experience required.
Landscape Architect
Responsibilities:
- • Reports to the Director of Planning and Landscape Architecture and is responsible for detailed landscape architectural design elements, planting design, lighting design, grading design, and preparation of graphic materials. The individual will also have the ability to participate in the traditional engineering facets of site design.
Experience Requirements:
- • We are seeking an individual who is an R.L.A. experienced in the field of landscape architectural design. Creativity and strong graphic design abilities are required. Project management, land development experience, and knowledge of engineering principles a plus. Photoshop and AutoCAD experience a strong plus.
Land Planner
Responsibilities:
- • Reports to the Director of Planning and Landscape Architecture and is responsible for land planning activities, including municipal ordinance reviews, site evaluations, feasibility studies and preparation of site layouts for a variety of project types.
Experience Requirements:
- • We are seeking an individual who is an R.L.A., A.I.C.P., or otherwise highly experienced in the field of land planning. A demonstrated strength in planning principles and creativity are required. The individual must be experienced in the preparation of site layouts and maintain the ability to evaluate sites against potential program requirements and clearly comprehend municipal ordinance requirements. An understanding of environmental considerations and experience in the preparation of environmental impact assessments a plus.
