Nature of Firm’s Responsibilities on the Project:

All survey work associated with the data collection to be used for design on 49 bridges being built under the state’s PR3 initiative. This work included deed research for Right-Of-Way acquisition, establishing baselines, collecting detailed data on bridges and surrounding areas- roads, utilities, structures, fences, etc. The survey work also included obtaining stream cross-sections for flow calculations.  Plans were also prepared for the above data.

Unique Features:

• Collection of data for 49 bridges in various locations in Eastern Pennsylvania
• Required the use of a pontoon boat to locate the lower half of bridges
