Nature of Firm’s Responsibilities on the Project:

The PennDot Pedestrian Safety project in the Capital Complex in the City of Harrisburg included constructing new ADA ramps, traffic calming devices such as bulb-outs and raised crosswalks and intersections, sidewalks and curbing. Horizon’s surveying services included all horizontal, vertical and topography site controls plus erosion and sediment controls.  It also included all construction stakeout of 17 new storm control structures and 8 adjusted storm control structures.  Additionally, it included the construction stakeout of 30 ADA ramps and the relocation of 3 fire hydrants.
