The Woodlands at Greystone project involved the site engineering and design of a residential community consisting of 179 single-family detached dwelling units, 252 age restricted single-family detached dwellings, 110 single-family semi-detached dwellings (twins), 48 single family attached dwellings (Townhouse style) and a country house estate lot.
